Incredibly happy with the service Ben provided. He came right to our house and was able to tune-up my daughter's bike quickly with no issues. My bike was slightly more challenging, because it had hydraulic brakes, but he was able to get them sorted as well and now it works as good as new. Will definitely use him again in the future.
